Operators in the Spotlight Jeffery Hanley, owner of Blue Ice Self Storage in Pittson, Maine, is seeking a third term as a state representative. The Republican represents House District 87, covering Alna, Pittson, Randolph and Wiscasset. He's been endorsed by the Maine Realtors Association and the Sportsman's Alliance of Maine. Isabelle Cobb and Janice Danielson, managers of Bainbridge Self Storage in Bainbridge Island, Wash., continue to help pets displaced by natural disasters through Kitsap SPICE (Saving Pets In Crisis Everywhere), a charitable organization they founded last year after the British Columbia wildf res. I T ' S W HAT ' S I N S I D E THAT MATTERS Strategic Storage Growth Trust Inc. (SSGT) and Strategic Storage Trust II Inc. (SST II) have agreed to merge. Under the agreement SST II will acquire SSGT for $340 million, with SSGT stockholders receiving $12 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close during the f rst quarter of 2019. Prime Development Group LLC has installed solar panels at College Point Storage, a self-storage facility it owns in Lacey, Wash. The 120-kilowatt system comprises a series of 360-watt, 72-cell photovoltaic panels, which is expected to offset the property's energy use by 81 percent.
